Mozart Cabinets Direct warrants its products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser.  Proof of purchase is required on all warranty claims.

Mozart Cabinets Direct will determine if the product is repairable or replaceable at the time a warranty claim is made. Warranty claims do not include any costs associated with the removal of and or replacement of product. The warranty does not cover misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures/humidity, intentional damage, fire, smoke or water damage, acts of god, exposure to harsh chemicals, and or normal wear and tear.

Natural woods vary in color and wood grain and may exhibit color change over time. Cabinetry may darken or lighten over time due to expose to sunlight, moisture, household cleaners, smoke etc. These natural variations are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.

Wood joints will expand and contract with the change in the seasons therefore cracks in the joints are not considered defects. Exposed wooden joints may be damaged from prolonged exposure to moisture so be sure to remove excess moisture from cabinets as soon as possible.
